All Pros, no Cons (or vice versa)

The staff here was excellent, particularly Carla at the front desk. The room was spacious, and check-in went smoothly. A pleasant breakfast experience rounded out my stay favorably.

The room had an excellent soundproofing feature that made my stay very peaceful despite being fully booked.

The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water, which was a significant inconvenience during my stay.

The heating system was ineffective, leaving the room cold!!! Also, it would be beneficial to address the noise from above, as the stomping from kids made it impossible to relax. Improvements needed for cleanliness!!!

The room had comfortable bedding, but the shower head was filthy.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bedding was comfortable, and I loved the strong water pressure in the shower. The carpet and furniture showed some wear, but it wasn’t too bad. We had a two queen bed suite, and it was nice to have extra space to move around. A bit noisy with kids splashing in the pool, but that’s to be expected.

Great indoor pool and 24-hour reception. Room had poor Wi-Fi access and weak AC.
